How does billing work?

We invoice once a month on net terms. Each participant is billed in the month they start, at the per-participant rate in your agreement. Anyone who never starts is not billed.

What do participants need?

A computer with a current web browser and a reliable internet connection. We set up everything else, including their cloud environment and sign-in.

How are hours tracked?

The platform records the time participants spend on their steps and in their lab environment each day. Each day is checked and locked the next morning, and the days roll up into bi-weekly timesheets your team can download.

Can participants start on different dates?

Yes. You choose a start date for each participant when you refer them, and their environment is ready the day before.

Can we pay participants' wages through our own payroll?

Yes. That is what the bi-weekly timesheets are for: each approved timesheet comes as a PDF and a payroll-ready CSV your payroll provider can work from.

What accommodations do you support?

The program is fully remote, schedules are flexible and steps are self-paced within each week. If a participant needs something else, tell us and we will work out what we can do.

Do you place participants in jobs?

No. Participants finish with documented hours, reviewed work and a portfolio project. Placement stays with your team.

How long does onboarding take?
